MEANING OF THE WORD "OBUSWANDI"
Many having been asking me what the word "obuswandi" means.
Well let me break it down for you; "OBUSWANDI" is the hormonal reaction that one gets in any situation attributed to love. In such situations, your body releases hormones or "obuswandi" that activate your stress response, increasing your blood levels of adrenalin and cortisol. An example of this can be; the charming effect that one gets when you unexpectedly bump into your lover, you start to sweat, your heart races and your mouth goes dry. On the other hand our brain also releases a chemical known as Dopamine that stimulates desire and reward, triggering an intense rush of pleasure. This can range from having a crush on someone, the thought of being intimate with someone and also during the act of intimacy and climaxing. 
To give you a more scientific understanding of "Obuswandi" i will break it down for you this way. There are 3 stages of love lust, attraction and attachment. Each stage might be driven by different hormones and chemicals.
1. Lust - this is the first stage of love and is driven by the sex hormones testosterone and oestrogen in both men and women.
2. Attraction - This is the amazing time when you are truly love-struck and can think of little else. The chemicals and hormones responsible for this are; adrenaline, dopamine and serotonin. The responsibilities of the later 2 were explained earlier, the later, serotonin is responsible for your new lover keeping on popping into your thoughts.
3. Attachment - is the bond that keeps couples together long enough for them to have and raise children. 2 hormones are responsible for this; Oxytocin (the cuddle hormone) which is released by men and women during orgasm and Vasopressin another important hormone in the long-term commitment stage that is released after sex.

In conclusion, when these above mentioned hormones and chemicals are released a certain feeling occurs to us. It is this feeling that is refered to as "Obuswandi". So "Obuswandi" is a very intense word that is at the core of this thing called "LOVE". So ultimately since Love makes the very existence of mankind worthwhile, its all attributed to one thing and thats "OBUSWANDI".
